Evercore ISI Reiterates Outperform Rating on Palo Alto Networks (PANW)
September 2, 2026 6:21 AM EDTEvercore ISI analyst Peter Levine reiterated an Outperform rating and $415.00 price target on Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW).
The analyst comments "PANW delivered a solid F4Q, with results exceeding expectations across the board. F4Q NGS net new ARR came in well ahead of the $830mn bogey at $970mn. However, the stock came under pressure after-hours, likely reflecting a softer-than-expected FY27 outlook and investor concerns around the organic growth trajectory.
