Weatherford and NCS Multistage Announce Anticipated Election Deadline and Closing Date
August 24, 2026 4:15 PM EDTHOUSTON, Aug. 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Weatherford International plc (NASDAQ: WFRD) (Weatherford) and NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCSM) (NCS Multistage) today announced that 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time on August 31, 2026, is the anticipated deadline for NCS Multistage stockholders to elect the form of merger consideration that they would be entitled to receive at the closing of the transaction (the Election Deadline).
