Glass Lewis Recommends DMB Stockholders Vote to Support Board Nominees
August 19, 2026 4:06 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BNY Mellon Investment Adviser, Inc. announced today that proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended that stockholders of BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (DMB) vote in favor of the Funds three incumbent nominees on the WHITE proxy card ahead of the Funds annual stockholders meeting on August 27, 2026.
In making its recommendation, Glass Lewis rejected the dissidents nominee, noting that a review of performance of the Fund had shown that a compelling case for change had not been made.
