July 24, 2026 8:30 AM EDTABERDEEN, Wash., July 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQX: PFLC), (Pacific Financial) or (the Company), the holding company for Bank of the Pacific (the Bank), reported net income of $2.9 million, or $0.29 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2026, compared to $3.1 million, or $0.30 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2026, and $2.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2025. The current quarters net income compared to the prior quarter reflects higher net interest income, lower recapture for credit losses, higher non-interest income and higher non-interest expenses....
