(Nasdaq: BNBX) ("BNB Plus" or the "Company") today announced that it has received a delisting determination from the Hearing Panel of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") as a result of the Company's non-compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market (the Delisting Determination).
