Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) has committed to a restructuring plan that will reduce its global headcount by approximately 3%, according to a press release statement from the company.
The company estimates restructuring charges of $30 million to $33 million, covering severance and benefits costs. The majority of these charges are expected to be recognized in the first half of fiscal year 2027.
Zscaler said the cuts are intended to reallocate resources toward artificial intelligence and growth initiatives.
