GameStop Stockholders Approve Proposals at 2026 Annual Meeting, Including Increased Share Authorization

(NYSE: GME) ("GameStop" or the "Company") today announced that its stockholders approved all proposals presented at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, including an amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation increasing the number of authorized shares of Class A common stock. The amendment received the affirmative vote of 68.7% of votes cast, and provides the Company with the capacity to issue common stock in connection with strategic transactions, including its proposed acquisition of eBay, Inc.
