(NYSE: SPGI) announced today that it has completed the separation of its Mobility division into an independent, public company, Mobility Global Inc. ("Mobility Global"). Mobility Global common stock will begin regular-way trading today on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MBGL".
