FreeCast Announces Expiration of April 2026 Warrants and Return of Reserved Shares to Authorized but Unissued Status
June 2, 2026 6:00 AM EDTORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FreeCast, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAST), a digital streaming and media technology company, today announced that substantially all warrants issued in April 2026 to accredited investors have expired unexercised, resulting in the return of 6,493,587 previously reserved shares of Class A common stock to the status of authorized but unissued shares.
