Exicure Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Delinquency Notice and Filing of Form 10-Q
June 1, 2026 4:00 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., June 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Â Exicure, Inc. (Nasdaq: XCUR, the Company)Â announced today that it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) on May 28, 2026 indicating that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the delayed filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2026.
The delay was primarily due to additional time required following changes in the Companys financial reporting personnel and related filing procedures.
