June 1, 2026 9:00 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- As previously disclosed, the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market notified RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) on May 20, 2026, that the Company no longer met the periodic filing requirement for Nasdaq under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
