Datavault AI Signs $2.0 Billion Structured Financing Term Sheet With Exclusive Global Tokenization Mandate

Financing is anchored by an approximately $2.0 billion portfolio of fixed income securities contributed by an institutional investment fund and a UK-based regulated structured institutional investment platform. The proposed transaction is expected to value Datavault AI shares at $1.55 to $2.00 per share, subject to definitive agreements and an acceptable independent valuation.
