Shareholders Elect All Three Director Nominees to the Six Flags Board
May 26, 2026 5:30 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: FUN), North Americas largest regional amusement park operator, announced today that the Companys shareholders elected Richard Haddrill, Chieh Huang, and Marilyn Spiegel to the Board of Directors of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation for 3-year terms expiring in 2029.
Shareholders also confirmed the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Companys independent registered public accounting firm and approved an advisory vote on the compensation of the Companys named executive officers.
