Akanda Corp. Announces Receipt of NASDAQ Noncompliance Letter
May 22, 2026 4:32 PM EDTToronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 22, 2026) - Akanda Corp. (NASDAQ: AKAN) (the "Company" or "Akanda"), today announced that the Company is not in compliance with the periodic filing requirements for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of its failure to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the required due date.
The Company intends to file the Form 20-F as soon as practicable.
