Enlivex Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Notification

(Nasdaq: ENLV, Enlivex or the Company), a quality longevity company powered by a prediction markets treasury, today announced that it has received a notice (the Notice) from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq), stating that the  closing bid price of the Companys ordinary shares during the 30 consecutive business days prior to the date of the Notice did not meet the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
