(Nasdaq: PRZO) (the company or ParaZero), an aerospace defense company pioneering smart, autonomous solutions for the global manned and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) industry, today announced it has received a written notice (the Notice) from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (Nasdaq) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
