SkyWater Technology Stockholders Approve Merger Agreement with IonQ
May 8, 2026 12:24 PM EDTBLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SkyWater Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYT) (the Company), the largest exclusively U.S.-based, semiconductor foundry, today announced that its stockholders approved at a special meeting held earlier today, the Companys previously announced merger agreement with IonQ, Inc. (IonQ) for the acquisition of the Company by IonQ.
The final voting results will be reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
