InflaRx Announces Pricing of $150 Million Underwritten Offering of Ordinary Shares
May 6, 2026 8:30 AM EDTJena, Germany, May 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InflaRx N.V. (Nasdaq: IFRX) (the Company), a biopharmaceutical company pioneering anti-inflammatory therapeutics targeting the complement system, announced today the pricing of its underwritten offering of 75,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company at an offering price of $2.00 per ordinary share. All ordinary shares in the offering are being sold by the Company. The offering is expected to close on May 7, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
