Clean Energy Technologies Receives Notice of Deficiency from Nasdaq
April 23, 2026 6:05 AM EDTIRVINE, CA, April 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CETY) (CETY or the Company), a clean energy technology and solutions provider focused on converting waste and heat into power and fuels, today announced that on April 17, 2026, it received a written notice (the Notice) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the Rule) because the Company has not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the Annual Report).
