GameSquare Announces Largest Monthly Repurchase to Date, with the Repurchase of Nearly 2.3 Million Shares in April 2026
April 22, 2026 8:00 AM EDTFRISCO, TX / ACCESS Newswire / April 22, 2026 / GameSquare Holdings, Inc. ("GameSquare" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GAME), a next-generation media, entertainment, technology and digital native treasury company, today announced it repurchased nearly 2.3 million shares of its common stock during the month of April for approximately $1.0 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.44 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $11.5 million remaining under its current authorization, which was expanded on April 14, 2026.
