Alcoa Corporation Announces Intention to Redeem in Full $219 million of Outstanding 6.125% Notes due 2028
April 14, 2026 4:26 PM EDTPITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA, ASX: AAI) (Alcoa or the Company), today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., has issued a notice to redeem all $219 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.125% notes due in 2028 (the notes).
The notes will be redeemed on May 15, 2026 (the redemption date). The redemption price of the notes will be equal to 100.000% of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but not including the redemption date.
The redemption will be funded using cash on hand.
