ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) (Volato or the Company) today announced that it has suspended further borrowings/drawdowns under its convertible note facility (the Facility). The Company is not terminating the underlying securities purchase agreement but does not currently expect to access the Facility for additional convertible note funding.
