RCI Board Increases Buyback Authorization By $20 Million
April 6, 2026 9:00 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) Board of Directors has authorized increasing the amount available under the Company's share repurchase program by an additional $20.0 million.
This gives RCI approximately $24.8 million available to buy back shares when added to the amount remaining from the previous authorization.
