Hologic Chief Executive Officer Steve MacMillan to Retire Upon Close of Go-Private Transaction
April 6, 2026 8:00 AM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hologic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX) announced today that Steve MacMillan, its long-time Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has decided to retire when the Companys go-private transaction with Blackstone and TPG closes.
All required regulatory approvals have now been received for the transaction, which is expected to close on or about April 7, 2026.
