April 2, 2026 6:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Net Lease, Inc. (GNL or the Company) today announced that Sue Perrotty and Governor Edward Rendell have decided to retire from the Companys Board of Directors (the Board) effective immediately following the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and will not stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting.
