Apollomics Inc. Announces $2.0 Million Bridge Financing
April 1, 2026 7:00 AM EDTFOSTER CITY, Calif., April 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apollomics Inc. (Nasdaq: APLM) (Apollomics or the Company), today announced that it has entered into a $2.0 million unsecured Convertible Promissory Note (the Note) with Mr. Hung-Wen (Howard) Chen, the Companys Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, on March 30, 2026.
The $2.0 million in proceeds from the Note are intended to provide the Company with necessary working capital to support clinical development programs and general corporate operations.
