TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KKR, a leading global investment firm, and Taiyo Holdings Co., Ltd. (Taiyo Holdings or the Company; TSE stock code 4626), announced today that KJ005 Co., Ltd. (the Offeror), an entity owned by investment funds managed by KKR, intends to make a tender offer to acquire all the common shares of Taiyo Holdings (the Tender Offer).
