(Cyprium), today announced the closing of the sale of Cypriums Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher (PRV) for gross proceeds of $205 million.
The sale of the PRV by Cyprium is a transformational corporate transaction for both Cyprium and Fortress.
