March 27, 2026 4:30 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Liberty All-Star Growth Fund, Inc. (the Fund) (NYSE: ASG) has appointed Congress Asset Management Company, LLP (Congress) as the investment manager for the small-cap growth portion of the Funds portfolio effective April 1, 2026 replacing Weatherbie Capital, LLC.
