Pentair Announces Retirement of Chairman of the Board David A. Jones and Appointment of T. Michael Glenn

Jones, Chair of the Board, will retire from the Companys Board of Directors at the end of his current term as a director at Pentairs annual general meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2026. Jones has served on Pentairs Board of Directors since 2003 and has been Chairman since 2018.
