NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) today announced that two long-serving directors, Daniel F. Sansone and Jean S. Blackwell, will not stand for re-election at the companys 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
