Psyence BioMed Announces Settlement of Shareholder Litigation

(Nasdaq: PBM) ("Psyence BioMed" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement to resolve a direct shareholder claim made by KAOS Capital Ltd ("KAOS").
