United Rentals reports Q4 revenue of $4.2 billion, plans $2 billion shareholder returns
January 28, 2026 4:15 PM ESTUnited Rentals Inc. (NYSE: URI) reported fourth quarter revenue of $4.208 billion, including rental revenue of $3.581 billion. The equipment rental company posted net income of $653 million for the quarter, representing a 15.5% margin and diluted earnings per share of $10.27.
