BayCom Corp Reports 2025 Fourth Quarter Earnings of $6.9 Million
January 22, 2026 4:30 PM ESTWALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BayCom Corp (BayCom or the Company) (NASDAQ: BCML), the holding company for United Business Bank (the Bank or UBB), announced earnings of $6.9 million, or $0.63 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to earnings of $5.0 million, or $0.46 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2025 and $6.1 million, or $0.55 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2024.
