SABA Announces $0.10 Special Dividend
December 22, 2025 6:00 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund II (NYSE: SABA) (the Fund), a registered closed-end management investment company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, declared a special dividend of $0.10 per share on December 22, 2025, payable on January 16, 2026 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025.
Special Dividend. The above special distribution was declared in order to satisfy certain requirements prescribed by excise tax rules applicable to certain income generated by the Fund during the 2025 calendar year.
