Dominari Holdings Announces $10 Million Cash Dividend
December 11, 2025 7:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominari Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: DOMH) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has authorized a special cash dividend of, in the aggregate, approximately $10 million, or approximately $0.44 per share. The dividend is payable on or about January 23, 2026, to DOMH's common stock shareholders and certain DOMH warrant holders (on an as-exercised basis) of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025.
