December 10, 2025 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY) (Annaly or the Company) declared the fourth quarter 2025 common stock cash dividend of $0.70 per common share. This dividend is payable January 30, 2026, to common shareholders of record on December 31, 2025. The ex-dividend date is December 31, 2025.
