December 5, 2025 7:45 AM ESTWALTHAM, Mass. and DUBLIN, Dec. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mural Oncology plc, (Nasdaq: MURA) (Mural) announces that the scheme of arrangement between Mural and its shareholders under Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Companies Act 2014 (the Scheme) pursuant to which XRA 5 Corp. (Sub), a wholly-owned subsidiary of XOMA Royalty Corporation (Nasdaq: XOMA) (XOMA Royalty) will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Mural, became effective today, 5 December 2025 (the Effective Date).
