Curtiss-Wright Reports Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results and Raises Full-year 2025 Guidance

Third Quarter 2025 Highlights:
Reported sales of $869 million, up 9%, operating income of $166 million, operating margin of 19.1%, and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $3.31; Adjusted operating income of $170 million, up 14%; Adjusted operating margin of 19.6%, up 90 basis points; Adjusted diluted EPS of $3.40, up 14%; New orders of $927 million, up 8%, reflected a 1.1x book-to-bill; Backlog of $3.9 billion, up 14% year-to-date; and Free cash flow (FCF) of $176 million, generating 137% FCF...
