(Nasdaq: WULF) (TeraWulf or the Company), a leading owner and operator of vertically integrated, low-carbon digital infrastructure, today completed its previously announced offering of 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2032 (the Convertible Notes) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).
