INNOVATE’s Portfolio Company DBM Global to Pay Cash Dividend
October 16, 2025 4:15 PM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INNOVATE Corp. (NYSE: VATE) (INNOVATE or the Company) announced today that DBM Global Inc. (DBMG), a family of companies providing fully integrated steel construction services, and an operating subsidiary of INNOVATE, will pay a cash dividend of approximately $8.8 million, or $2.28 per share, on November 10, 2025 to DBMGs stockholders of record at the close of business on October 27, 2025. As the largest stockholder of DBMG, INNOVATE expects to receive approximately $8 million of the total $8.8 million dividend payout. INNOVATEs individual stockholders are not eligible to receive the cash dividend.
