INNOVATE subsidiary to pay $8.8 million dividend
INNOVATE Corp. (NYSE: VATE) announced that its operating subsidiary DBM Global Inc. will pay a cash dividend of approximately $8.8 million, or $2.28 per share, on November 10, 2025.
The dividend will be paid to DBMG stockholders of record at the close of business on October 27, 2025. INNOVATE, as the largest stockholder of DBMG, expects to receive approximately $8 million of the total dividend payout, according to the company's statement.
INNOVATE's individual stockholders are not eligible to receive the cash dividend, the company noted.
DBM Global Inc. provides steel construction services through multiple companies offering design, fabrication, and construction solutions. The company operates across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure markets in the United States, Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
INNOVATE Corp. operates as a portfolio company with assets in infrastructure, life sciences, and spectrum sectors, employing approximately 3,100 people across its subsidiaries.
