Kinetik Announces Quarterly Dividend and Financial Results Timing
October 15, 2025 4:15 PM EDTHOUSTON & MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (Kinetik or the Company) has declared a cash dividend of $0.78 per share, or $3.12 per share on an annualized basis. The announced quarterly dividend will be paid on Friday, October 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of market close on Monday, October 27, 2025.
