Rayonier Declares Special Dividend of $1.40 Per Share Payable 25% in Cash and 75% in Common Shares
October 14, 2025 5:58 AM EDTWILDLIGHT, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rayonier Inc. (the Company or Rayonier) (NYSE: RYN) announced today that the Companys board of directors has declared a one-time, special dividend of $1.40 per common share, consisting of a combination of cash and the Company's common shares. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2025 to shareholders of record on October 24, 2025.
The special dividend is being made in connection with the taxable gains arising from the previously announced sale of Rayoniers New Zealand joint venture interests for $710 million that closed on June 30, 2025.
