TeraWulf Inc. Announces Proposed Private Offering of $400 Million of Convertible Notes
August 18, 2025 7:05 AM EDTEASTON, Md., Aug. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TeraWulf Inc. (Nasdaq: WULF) (TeraWulf or the Company), a leading owner and operator of vertically integrated, predominantly zero-carbon digital infrastructure, today announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $400 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2031 (the Convertible Notes) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).
