Cryo-Cell International, Inc. Provides Dividend Update
August 14, 2025 8:30 AM EDTOLDSMAR, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (NYSE American LLC: CCEL) (the Company, Cryo-Cell), the worlds first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced that the Company will not declare a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of fiscal 2025.
This decision reflects lower-than-expected profitability. Cryo-Cell may or may not reinstate a dividend in future periods, and any future decisions regarding dividend declarations will be based on a variety of factors, including financial performance, capital requirements, and strategic priorities.
