Baird on STMicroelectronics (STM): 'Buy on Weakness'
July 24, 2025 2:28 PM EDTBaird analyst Tristen Gerra reiterated an Outperform rating and $50.00 price target on STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM).
The analyst comments "4Q backlog is up significantly versus into 3Q, with all end markets ex Automotive back to YoY growth in 3Q. Disti inventories declined substantially QoQ. Currency was the primary reason for the flat GM outlook which remains at a bottom. Valuation is very attractive at 1.8x EV/sales and less than 9x our 2027 EPS estimate of $3.
