PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust Reports Second Quarter 2025 Results
July 22, 2025 4:15 PM EDTWESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT) today reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $2.9 million, or $(0.04) per common share for the second quarter of 2025, on net investment income of $70.2 million. PMT previously announced a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2025 of $0.40 per common share of beneficial interest, which was declared on June 25, 2025, and will be paid on July 25, 2025, to common shareholders of record as of July 11, 2025.
