The New Germany Fund, Inc. Announces Results of the Fund’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders
July 18, 2025 4:35 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The New Germany Fund, Inc. (NYSE: GF) (the Fund) announced today the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders which was initially called to order and adjourned on June 30, 2025 and reconvened on July 18, 2025.
Both of the two Class I Directors nominated by the Board of Directors, Ms. Fiona Flannery and Dr. Holger Hatje, were elected to serve for a term of three years and until his or her respective successor is elected and qualifies.
