July 7, 2025 2:21 PM EDTDA Davidson analyst Gil Luria reiterated an Underperform rating and $36.00 price target on CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV).
The analyst comments "Earlier this morning, it was officially announced that CoreWeave has agreed to acquire former crypto miner Core Scientific (CORZ) in an all-stock transaction valued at ~$9B or $20.40 per share. We see this transaction as more financial engineering as CoreWeave leverages a high valuation to vertically integrate into owning land, buildings and power contracts, and maintain our UNDERPERFORM rating and $36 PT....
